Day 35 – Nuremberg

Day 35 – Nuremberg

4 miles (6 km) – Total so far: 1,568 miles (2,523 km)

There’s a beer festival on.
I may sound like a grumpy old man, but it’s not really my sort of thing.
It’s absolutely packed with people, many celebrating stags and hens and suchlike.
Each brewery has a tent and seating and serves its beer and food from the South Bohemian regions, pilsener, a red lager, a wheat beer, a Dunkel, and a Dunkel wheat beer, All between 4.5% and 5.2%. They all seem variety of lagers to me, and I prefer my beer a bit stronger.
I retired to a very decent Thai restaurant, where the same beer I was drinking was 1.50 euros cheaper…

Velorado bike shop recommended highly.
They were very helpful in providing me with a box and some protection for transit.
These stores seem to be doing very well from the eBike market.

Quote of the Week

Alice asked the Cheshire Cat, who was sitting in a tree, ‘What road do I take?’ The cat asked, ‘Where do you want to go?’ ‘I don’t know,’ Alice answered. ‘Then,’ said the cat, ‘it really doesn’t matter, does it?’
