Day 10 – In Brasov: End of Part One

10 miles (16 km) – Total so far: 492 miles (792 km)

I’m not usually keen on cities, but I’ve enjoyed a day here.
Steam bath this morning, and watching the rugby from Cardiff and cricket from Lords this afternoon.
The pedestrianised streets of the Old Town are busy, but I managed to have a couple of very good craft beers at The Jar and even a takeaway curry from the Taj Mahal, which wasn’t too bad at all.

And I’ve managed to plan the next few days, which includes an early train out of the city and back to the mountains tomorrow.

Quote of the Week

Alice asked the Cheshire Cat, who was sitting in a tree, ‘What road do I take?’ The cat asked, ‘Where do you want to go?’ ‘I don’t know,’ Alice answered. ‘Then,’ said the cat, ‘it really doesn’t matter, does it?’
