Day 11 – at Jezersko

The overnight rain turned to snow just after first light this morning when the wind direction turned around to be from the northwest. The forecast had been sleety rain, but it was a couple of degrees colder, and so fell as snow. It didn’t let up until late in the evening and by then about 10 centimetres had accumulated.

I took the dog out briefly in the late morning, but it wasn’t pleasant or easy.

A snow day on a European Rugby last 16 Saturday turned out not to be so bad..

Quote of the Week

Alice asked the Cheshire Cat, who was sitting in a tree, ‘What road do I take?’ The cat asked, ‘Where do you want to go?’ ‘I don’t know,’ Alice answered. ‘Then,’ said the cat, ‘it really doesn’t matter, does it?’
